The Deck was originally designed as the evolution of the Reebok Step, which for many years has been a successful product in gymnasiums and fitness studios around the world. Stepping up and down on the Deck is the simplest way of achieving cardiovascular gains, but the seamless ability to adjust the platform through both parallel and acute angles means that you can step not only on the flat, but also in the incline and decline configuration. With the Deck in its Bench mode, strength training can be performed with either the resistance tubes (included) or with barbells and dumbbells.
